How do I book? Once you have decided which package is best for you, please fill out the contact form to get your session date reserved. I typically book 2-3 months out, and holidays fill up well in advance. While I offer both sunrise and sunset sessions, sunsets are prime and go fast. I require a $100 at time of booking to reserve your session date with the remaining balance due three days after your session. What is included in the family package? - FREE online image gallery - Simple Editing. - Print Release. Granted print release to allow you to print your photos as many times as you wish Do you offer your services in Palm Coast? I offer sessions in Palm Coast upon request and a $100 travel fee will be applied. When do I receive my images? Your final images will be delivered 10 days after your final payment is received. How do you deliver my images? All images are sent through an online gallery for you to download. How long do I have access to my online gallery? Your online gallery will remain online for 30 days. Do you provide extra images? Additional images (if available) can be purchased from your online gallery. I am here on vacation, when should I have my session? Please schedule your session date for the beginning of your vacation so it's possible to reschedule due to bad weather, and before everyone gets sunburn. Do you photograph weddings? Preferred SESSION LOCATIONS Family beach sessions are offered in Daytona Beach, Daytona Beach Shores, Ponce Inlet , Ormond Beach , and New Smyrna Beach , Florida.​ Recommended beach locations include Lighthouse Point Park in Ponce Inlet, and Sunglow Pier in Daytona Beach Shores which are very popular family beach portrait photography locations for families vacationing in Central Florida. BOOK NOW LIGHTHOUSE POINT PARK PONCE INLET One of the best places for family beach session is Lighthouse Point Park in Ponce Inlet . I highly recommend taking the time to drive here since this park offers a variety of backdrops to enhance your vacation photos such as rocks at the river shoreline, dunes at the wooden boardwalk, the Lighthouse, and the beach. These sessions are relaxed, stress free and full of fun. Sessions take place at sunrise or one hour before sunset. BOOK NOW Lighthouse SUNGLOW PIER DAYTONA BEACH SHORES The other preferred location for family beach pictures is Sunglow Pier in Daytona Beach Shores. I recommend this location if you would like a little bit more than the traditional beach photos. The pier and the beach will be used as backdrops to bring life to your vacation photos . Outfit Ideas for Family Photos at the Beach What to wear for family pictures at the beach to help your family look its best You're all booked for your sunrise or sunset beach portrait session and now faced with the daunting task of picking the. perfect. look. The good news? It's actually pretty simple. ​ When deciding on outfit ideas for family pictures on the beach, there is one thing to keep in mind: Be comfortable and dress like yourself . Make sure everyone can comfortably move in their outfits. The sessions are designed to be fun, which means lots of playing and laughing, running, and walking together. If you like your outfit only at one specific angle, that is going to make it very challenging for you to relax and get natural looking photos. A good test is to put on your outfit, walk around, sit down, and see how it feels. ​ Also, make sure all undergarments are not visible. If your little ones are going to wear dresses, it is best to have a longer dress so they can play without worrying about it riding up. This is especially important for babies and toddlers, since when you hold them, the dress often does not sit just right. It can also be helpful to have them wear spandex shorts underneath them so they can still play. ​ Dresses and skirts look most stunning because they really flatter every female body, especially on camera! Long, full-length, flowy dresses and skirts look amazing on camera because they bring extra movement to the photo. Say YES to the dress! ​ Instead of having everyone wear the same color, try picking two or three colors that blend well together and coordinate that way! Try experimenting with different shades of colors, or adding different prints or fabrics to the mix. Choose colors that will pick up the beautiful colors of the ocean and sunrise/sunset. Neutrals like soft pinks, cream, muted blues, soft greens, grey, and white all photograph extremely well, blending effortlessly with the natural elements rather than competing with them. ​ Picking 2 or 3 colors! My favorite color combos ​ White and blue White and soft pink White and tan White and grey White and soft green White, soft pink, and tan White, blue, and grey White, soft pink, and blue And if you are still not sure, the best thing to look at your whole family's outfit as one big outfit, and see when you put all together, how they look. Are they complementing each other? Are there too much patterns? Are there too many colors? The best to just pick 2 or 3 colors that blend well together, and coordinate that way.
